Who would have guessed there would be an Absinthe bar in Polo IL. well there is and it's one of the largest Absinthe bars in the USA. I had a chance to visit with the owner for a bit today and find out how this came to be. Yes its a real place in my hometown of Polo IL, so put on your Doc Martens and grab a flannel and come see it yourselves.
